What will you do leftover food, after the event?
Left over food will be given back to the customers. Left over food can also be donated.
Can delivered food, be different from the pictures on the website?
While we try our best to make sure that food matches the description or picture, please note that these are for illustration purpose only and actual presentation may vary at the time of delivery based on chef, kitchen and availability.
What type of cutlery do you use in event ?
We use melamine plates and disposable spoons and forks.
How many stewards will be serving for guest ?
This depends on the number of guests. We provide a minimum of two staff members per event, which is generally sufficient for gatherings of up to 25 guests. Please note that our staff will not handle table service, housekeeping, or cleaning.
May I customise the menu ?
Yes, of course. You can add and remove items from your cart and order once you are fully satisfied. OHIEO portal is specially designed to bring the simplicity and choice to the customers in the catering process.
What is the timeline for placing an order ?
Every customer is important to us and we do take later orders, very close to the event date. Our aim is to make sure selected event date and time are available for every customer. However it will help us immensely in planning your event better, if customers place an order, at least 7 days in advance. If your selected date is not available on our website, we request you to immediately contact our team and we will try our best to accommodate.
What all payment options can I use ?
We accept all kind of payments methods, which includes, credit card, debit card, UPI, net banking and wallets.
How do I cancel the order and request refund ?

How do I get payment receipt for my order ?
Once your order is placed, payment receipt is sent to your email address along with a downloadable copy. Customers can also view payment and order details in their account.
What is included in catering services?
Catering service includes complete buffet setup, table with frill, Plates, Cups, Spoons, serving bowls, serving spoons and water.
How long does it take your staff to set-up the buffet ?
Minimum 30 minutes are required to setup the buffet Food will be delivered 30 minutes before the event starts. We request our customers to show the event location to the delivery staff and allow their entry on time.
What is live cooking?
Live cooking enhances catering with a special culinary experience. Selected dishes are prepared live at the event location. Please note, live cooking is available on meeting the minimum order value, which will be specified in the menu section, while ordering.
What equipments will be carried for live cooking ?
We carry our own gas cylinder, stove, tables, utensils. etc. If cooking is not allowed at the premise then we make everything at our kitchen and arrange the food in food warmers. Please note live cooking is available based on minimum order value, which will be clearly stated while ordering in the menu section.
Do you offer food tastings ?
We are sorry at this time, Due to the high volume of orders we handle daily, we are currently unable to offer tasting services. However, we will soon be launching a customer lounge where you can enjoy tastings. Stay tuned for updates!
Do you provide event decoration services ?
No. We don't provide event decoration services.
Disposal of waste and cleaning ?
We carry heavy duty large garbage bags for the collection of waste. We will clean the cooking area and any spillage etc. done by us during cooking. We will not be cleaning the eating area or collect leftovers by the guests. Collected garbage will not be carried back.
Do you offer delivery-only options, and if so, how can I ensure that catering charges are not applied ?
Yes, we do accept delivery-only orders. The food will be delivered in containers, so you'll need to transfer it to your own serving dishes. If you need only delivery, please make sure not to select the catering option when ordering, to avoid any catering charges.
What happens if we need to reschedule our date ?
We are usually able to accommodate changes made at least four days before your event. Let us know when placing your order itself if you anticipate making any adjustments. Can I get discounts for orders ?
You can use coupon available in our website and avail discounts. Please make sure, applied coupon meets the order eligibility requirements mentioned on the coupon. In one order only one coupon can be selected. Minimum order amount, mentioned in the coupon is the food amount and doesn't include other charges.
Do coupons expire ?
Yes, all of our coupons have an expiration date, which is listed on the coupon. Coupons are also seasonal and sometimes they can be removed or replaced with new coupons even before expiration date.
What happens if I purchase without applying coupons by mistake? Can I still avail the discount ?
We always try our best to provide discounts to our customers. Currently applying coupon provision is not available after order is already placed, also coupons also changes over time. In case you missed to apply applicable coupon, you can still let our team know.
Why do you charge for delivery?
We have kept our food prices quite economical for the quality of services we provide. We cannot afford to skip delivery expenses, this is the reason we charge a small amount for delivery separately.

We make every effort to keep the prices updated and accurate. Prices listed on the website are subject to changes any time as per demand and supply.
How does your event staff dress for events?
Our trained and professional have dress code. In every event our staff are well dressed and uniformed.
What style buffet service do you offer ?
We offer a bountiful buffet style service which treats your guests to an abundance of food and options!
Where do you cook our food ?
Your food is prepared in well equipped hygienic kitchens and safely transported to your location, while maintaining a safe food holding temperature.
In how much time, I should consume the food ?
Food is best consumed within the 2-3 hours timeframe from the delivery time. Once the food is cooked at our central kitchen, we also need to allocate at least 1.5 hours for the food packing and delivery, which includes any unforeseen circumstances during the delivery process. Hence, it is advisable to consume the food within 2-3 hours upon arrival.
What extra charges are involved?
All food prices quoted are subject to catering, delivery and payment gateway charges as applicable. Once order is placed, there won't be any other charges.
How do I add special instructions to my menu order ?
If it's specific to catering menu items( Ex: no garlic, less spicy etc.), please add your special instructions while placing your order. Can I pickup myself, instead of delivery?
Sorry!! We don't support direct customer pickup option at this time.
How much does delivery cost ?
Delivery charges are decided based for number of guests and the order size. When you add items in cart and create a menu, delivery charges will be shown in the menu.
I have more guests. Can I change my order after placing it ?
Yes. You can easily increase the quantity by re-ordering the same menu again for more guests. Reorder option will be visible in your account, after order is placed. Please go to order > re-order.
How do I earn rewards?
You can earn at least 100 rupees, and up-to 1000 rupees as rewards on every order. Rewards will be added in the wallet. Wallet discount will get automatically applied in the next order.

Where wallet debits/discounts will reflect?
When you place an order, your default wallet debit will happen in the total menu food amount, unless it's a product only order. If your ordering both product and menu, wallet debited amount will reflect in menu total.
Can I get Spicy food ?
No, we follow standard cooking process, under the guidance of our senior chef instructions. You will get the medium spicy food according to recipe.
Can I get food, No onion No gralic.
Yes, we do and cater food. if customer request to not add onion and garlic.
How the quantity is calculated ?
Number of Quantity is calculated as number of persons. You will get free food extra minimum 5% to 10% on the top of ordered food. I.e your order is for 25 people means the food will get & manage upto 30 people & and it will not exceed more than 10%. We request our customer to cross check the guest count and number strength before placing ordering.
How do calculate food for kids ?
There is no consumption calulation for kids. Kids age upto for 2 to 10 years is calculated as 1 adult. The choice is left our customers.
Can I know if the meat is sourced from halal vendors?
We ensured all the non-veg items are listed is halal based.
